KATHMANDU, March 1: Founder of ´The Art of Living´ and noted spiritual leader Ravishankar has returned India after completing a four-day trip to Nepal on Friday.

During his stay in Nepal, Guru Ravishankar had called on the President, the Prime Minister and senior leaders of political parties and delivered religious lectures in different towns in the country.

According to The Art of Living Nepal´s coordinator Ram Pandey, guru Ravishanker left for Siliguri, India today. Around 20,000 people in Nepal attended the Art of Living classes.

Meanwhile, speaking at a programme organized by BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan earlier today, guru Ravi Shanker expressed concerns over increasing proselytization in Nepal. Such trend has posed a serious threat to Nepal´s existence, he said.

Guru Ravi Shanker said he has a plan of opening a school for children from poor and ethnic groups of hilly regions of Nepal.

Underlining the need of peace and prosperity for the development of Nepal, Guru Ravishankar said Nepal was a unique and beautiful country in the world due to natural heritages and its distinct culture.

The programme was organised at a local Public Higher Secondary School
