KATHMANDU, Feb 20: Six parties including CPN-Maoist jointly submitted a memorandum to President Ram Baran Yadav on Wednesday protesting the formation of Chief Justice-led (CJ) government.
CPN-Maoist, CPN (Unified), CPN (Maoist), Revolutionary Communist Party, Nepal, Limbuvan National Council and Socialist Democratic Party in the memorandum said that formation of the CJ-led government was foreign planted idea and is threat to national sovereignty.
The formation of the CJ-led government not only undermines some articles of the Interim Constitution but also pushes the country to failure, the memorandum reads.
