  CA reinstatement a better option: Dahal

KATHMANDU, Dec 28: UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal said that reinstatement of the Constituent Assembly (CA) is a better option in the present political scenario.

Dahal who was at Sundhara-based Nepal Republic Media Office today said, CA reinstatement can only resolve present political crisis.

He said that attack on Nagarik was a pre-planned and an attempt to create an environment of fear. "They tried to threaten you, terrorize you," Dahal said to journalists.

Nagarik attack is attack against Loktantra: UML leader Nepal

Senior CPN UML leader Madhav Kumar Nepal termed attack against Nepal Republic Media as an attack against the Loktantra. Nepal who visited the office on Friday afternoon said the government should provide security to the media houses.

"The attack against the press has begun, i fear even people will be attacked for what they speak," Nepal said.
