ITAHARI, Nov 20: A patient died after an ambulance (Ko 1 Ja 5269) bound for the BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan, for treatment overturned.
The deceased is Bir Bahadur Bhujel, 61, of Baijhanathpur in Morang district, according to police.
Police said the accident took place after the ambulance driver lost control due to over speed. The ambulance driver was also injured in the accident.
