KATHMANDU, Nov. 11: The delay in announcing the date for examinations by Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) for the vacant posts announced last year has kept the applicants in confusion.

The NAC had announced the vacancy for different posts through a public notice last year. But, it is still uncertain when the written examinations is be held.

Over 28,000 people have applied in different 119 posts (officer levels, senior assistants and assistants) announced by the NAC and have been waiting desperately for the examinations.

When asked, NAC managing director Raju Bahadur Kc said preparations for the examinations have reached the final phase and the date for examinations will be announced within few days.

We could not conduct the examinations on time due to some technical and internal causes, he said. The staff college is assigned to conduct the examinations, according to him
