NEPALGUNJ, Oct. 21: Nepali Congress President Sushil Koirala has said reinstatement of Constituent Assembly (CA) was meaningless as the people´s opinion was in favor of new elections.
Koirala, who was here for celebrating Dashain festival while talking to party workers claimed that parties had agreed for fresh elections and urged all not to be swayed by the UCPN-Maoist whim of CA reinstatement.
Koirala is to meet party workers, and offer tika to family and workers during Dashain.
