ITAHARI, Oct 12: A police personnel, who was injured in a road accident at Laxmi Road Section in Morang district two days ago, died Thursday night.
Policeman Narayan Chaudhary, 25, of Nawalparasi district, posted at the Area Police Office, Itahari, died while undergoing treatment at Birat Nursing Home, according to the Area Police Office, Itahari.
Another policeman Nishan Rai, who was injured along with Chaudhary in the same accident, has returned to the Office after treatment, according to the Office.
The accident took place when a motorcycle they were on board had collided with an electricity pole.
