The General Secretary said the President should call on all parties to form a national consensus government by declaring a deadline in consultation with political parties represented in the dissolved Constituent Assembly (CA).
Stating that the CPN-UML is not in favour of reinstating the CA, he said we should go for election of the CA for fresh mandate by taking the draft of the constitution so far prepared by the dissolved CA as a property.
