KATHMANDU, Sept. 28: The United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) has demanded the government to control the anti-India activities launched by the CPN-Maoist.

The UDMF meeting on Friday demanded the government to immediately stop the Maoists´ illegal activities which would anger the neighbouring country, said Laxman Lal Karna of the Sadbhavana Party.

"The CPN-Maoist activities as ban on plying vehicles with Indian number plates and physical attacks on Indian investment and labours was illegal which must be stopped immediately," he said, urging the Maoists to not to be aggressive in this manner.

The top leaders of the UCPN-Maoist and UDMF have already agreed to foil the illegal activities of the Maoist as ban on vehicles carrying Indian plates and the Indian films
