KATHMANDU, Sept 3: Radisson Hotel Kathmandu on Monday announced the opening of 105 rooms in its new building built at an investment of more than Rs 500 million.
The hotel, which has already brought the new building into operation, is hopeful of pressing all the rooms into service by the end of this month.
The new building features food and beverage outlets, lobby bar and a modern coffee shop with seating capacity of 100. The new wing also has a sun-bathing terrace garden on the fourth floor.
"We will also add an Indian restaurant in the new building soon," Karuna Manandhar, public-relation executive of the hotel, said.
According to Manandhar, all the new rooms are contemporarily designed and are gracefully furnished with business class facilities. "All premium rooms are spacious having see-through bathroom along with rain shower facility and modern lighting plus audio system," she said.
The new building also has banquet facility. The Begnas Hall located at the ground floor can be a good venue for meeting, conference as well as cocktail reception and dinner.
Meanwhile, the hotel has also announced Sizzler Promotion at The Terrace Garden. The rate of sizzler with multiple menu choice is Rs 777, including a complimentary drink.
Manandhar said the promotion starts from September 7 and will last till the end of the month.
Customers can choose vegetarian and non-vegetarian sizzlers during the promotion period. Radisson Hotel Kathmandu has also unveiled five different sizzler menu.
