KATHMANDU, July 31: Nepal Telecom Authority (NTA) Chairman Bhesh Raj Kandel tendered his resignation over government´s ´intervention´ and failure on timely revision of telecommunication regulations and policies.
Kandel had been expressing his reservations on lack of the government’s support on reforms proposal floated by NTA on telecommunication sector.
Kandel is on leave from Wednesday after informing about his resignation, NTA Spokesperson Kailash Prasad Neupane said.
