RSS

KATHMANDU, May 10: The Election Commission (EC) has set up a website for the public to check their name list with photograph in the new voters list.

Issuing a press statement here on Thursday, the commission has said it has introduced the website, www.election.gov.np keeping the public´s demand for such provision.

A person can find his/her name on the electoral roll by typing his/her date of birth or citizenship number.

One needs to visit the District Election Office if the detail of the voter concerned was not found in the website.

The voters could also correct their names or other details if there was any mistake while filling up the form. However, they must mention their phone or email to get the service.
