ANNISU-R vandalizes computers

CHITWAN, Aug 4: A group of Maoist student union ANNISU-R entered Narayani Public Higher Secondary School in Bharatpur at around 2:45 pm Wednesday and vandalized 16 computers, the school administration said.



The school´s teacher Rajeshwar Khanal said he clearly recognized them as ANNISU-R cadres but did not know their names.



ANNISU-R at a press release a few days ago had warned higher secondary schools charging high fees of physical action. However, Khanal said the school had not received any letter or information regarding fees from ANNISU-R.



The school lies 300 meters east of the district police office.
